Malaysia traffic police summons

I went to traffic police office yesterday to pay my summon (drive over speed limit, regret oredi. Now drive only 80km/j). It took the lady officer on the counter quite a while to check my summons. The excuse was, 'tunggu sekejap, komputer slow' or 'wait a while, the computer is a bit slow'. I heard one of the people waiting there saying, 'buli dengar itu bunyi dialing' or 'you can hear the dialing tone' as if they are still using dial-up.

I was not frustated or anything, not that I have anything important to do, but I thought Malaysian Police should have a first class facility because they deal with the public the most. Maybe this just happen in this district I went to. Hopefully in other Traffic Police Offices, they are using a more updated facility like a broadband or something.
